At Family Bazaar, we want you to love what you ordered! However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, and certain health & personal care products.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, with tags still attached.
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact us at [email address] to initiate your return or exchange. Please provide your order number and details about the item you want to return/exchange.
- Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label (free of charge for returns within 30 days).
- Pack your item securely and attach the return shipping label.
- Drop off the return package at your nearest courier service. We’ll notify you once we receive the return.
Refunds
- Once your return is processed, we will refund your money to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
