Return & Exchange Policy

At Family Bazaar, we want you to love what you ordered! However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, and certain health & personal care products.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, with tags still attached.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at [email address] to initiate your return or exchange. Please provide your order number and details about the item you want to return/exchange.
  2. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label (free of charge for returns within 30 days).
  3. Pack your item securely and attach the return shipping label.
  4. Drop off the return package at your nearest courier service. We’ll notify you once we receive the return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is processed, we will refund your money to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
